Vaughn Chambers Editing

I am a professional, freelance proofreader based in Kent but able to work with anyone within the UK or internationally. I am a native English speaker and have a strong knowledge of the use of grammar, punctuation and spelling.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading, and have undertaken a number of qualifications with the institute.

In my previous work life I was a teacher, working especially with children with Special Educational Needs, and with a lot of experience writing reports and plans for children, and editing and proofreading written reports from professionals. I have a degree in Psychology and a Masters of Education with a specialism in equality and diversity.

As a proofreader I have a wide range of experience, from working with students proofreading their theses and dissertations, to working with organisations to proofread educational publications.
