As your coach I will work with you at your own pace, listening without judging, giving my full commitment and energy. After each session I email your Action Plan & encourage you to work towards your goals.

As an interpersonal skills & communication trainer of nearly 20 years experience, and author/joint author of five books on personal development training, I am also uniquely placed to help you fast-track skills such as assertiveness, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult people, CV writing and interview skills, , time management and public speaking.

I offer face to face coaching, at my office in North West London, as well as telephone coaching, so that coaching is accessible wherever you live or work.

Also available are distance learning skills courses and supervision for trainee and experienced coaches and trainers.
