My clinic is based in Brighton, Sussex where I offer a range of complementary therapies including reflexology, nutritional therapy and Reiki. I work with health conditions across the board, but specialise in; stress-related conditions, insomnia, anxiety, hypertension, breast cancer care and IBS. I offer natural pregnancy care and am a registered hypnobirther. I offer wellness and stress management coaching (face-to-face and tele-coaching). I offer accredited qualifications in stress management, life coaching and wellness coaching. Registered with: Association of Reflexologists, British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, National Council of Psychotherapists, HypnoBirthing Institute, International Stress Management Association and the Association for Coaching.
