A personalised service promoting health in the Lincoln area including diet and nutrition information, fitness, exercise and activity options, with the goal of getting families involved in and maintaining healthy lifestyles. A support service (via phone, text, email, IM etc) is offered to answer any questions, offer support and advice and assist in decision making as well as regular contact time to focus on specific problems the family may have come across when trying to adopt healthy behaviours in the past. Hopefully with a personalised, supportive service, the success rate with client individuals or families leading a healthy lifestyle can be greated increased.
