We are a brand new broadcast ready talk show called AfroBrit created to inspire community participation in the modern youth. AfroBrit is a one hour segment made up of a live audience. The show’s aim is to help the youths (adolescents, teens and young adults) into exploring and meeting their career objectives. Misinformed young individuals are especially at lost to how they may go about becoming successful in their fields, especially with the current economic climate, elevating redundancy levels due to companies cutting costs and its eventual leads towards dispossession of families and lives. We have already set up programmes such as workshops, apprenticeships and mentoring to help these young individuals that are willing to gain firsthand experience so that they proceed into the working environment to become respectable members of societies. Along with this we conduct a weekly segment of interviews, interviewing successful individuals from a variety of fields who are willing to share their experience and advice with our audience, followed by a question and answer segment where the audience members can ask the interviewee questions.
