Our Edwardian Town House is situated in a quiet, leafy crescent standing in an elevated position overlooking Swansea bay. This position provides panoramic views of the city and the bay. The city centre and popular Grand theatre are 15 minutes walk away, Brangwyn Hall is just 5 minutes walk, and Swansea University, Wales National Pool and Singleton Hospital are all approximately a 25 minute walk. The Uplands area is well served by many locally run shops and has a diverse range of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes. Whether visiting Swansea on business, enjoying Gower''s award winning beaches or walking along the scenic coastal paths of the Gower Peninsular, visiting one of the many glorious country parks, or playing golf on one of the many beautiful courses, The Crescent is the ideal place to stay. There is good on street parking available, and we also have a private car park for your car, motorbikes and bicycles. We are happy to book taxis for our guests during their stay. The house is non smoking.
