Under the direction of Dee Springer, Mi Tiempo has vast experience in strategic planning, leadership development and project development. Dee has 15 years’ experience in senior management, 10 of which was as the CEO of London Voluntary Service Council and 15 years’ experience as a Management Consultant working with Government (local, regional and central), business leaders (micro to corporate) and the third sector (trusts and charities). Dee’s portfolio of achievements includes the development of the London Voluntary Sector Resource Centre, a social enterprise whose profits is reinvested in London’s charitable sector; working with London’s business and political leaders in the London Pride Partnership, a committee established by Central Government to advice on the development strategy for London; developing a range of programmes to support the growth of service delivery organisations. This vast experience has given Dee a unique knowledge base which she brings to her clients and the development of Mi Tiempo’s services. She combines her experience, studies into the psychology of group behaviour in organisations and her passion for making people and organisations fit for purpose into the processes of developing leaders, building successful organisations and delivering social and economic regeneration projects that build sustainable communities. Located in London, Mi Tiempo has a core team with associates specialising in marketing, information and finance so that we bring to our clients the expertise and strategic solutions they need to build success.
