I am a Shropshire based Reflexologist and have been practising since 2015 after passing a internationally recognised qualification. I vist clients in the comfort of their own home. The treatment lasts for an hour and costs £30.00. Reflexology relieves stress and tension and has a deeply relaxing effect; improves blood circulation thus improves efficiency of organs and cells; helps release trapped nervous energy; improves waste removal; activates self healing. Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different parts of the feet lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from newborn babies to those receiving end of life care, and everyone in between. I can treat patients with a variety of conditions, whatever your needs may be; relaxation, stress relief, relief from mental or physical ailments including arthritis, headaches or migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, back pain and many more, there is a treatment for you as an individual.
