At Easypat we understand that portable appliance testing is often seen as causing disruption and inconvenience to businesses, so we do everything we can to make it as hassle free as possible for our clients. We tailor our work to suit you and make the whole operation as easy as possible. From our free online quotation, to arranging a test time that suits you. We can even perform tests out of normal working ours at no extra cost to you. If we test an appliance and it has a fault which we can fix there and then, we’ll fix it at no extra charge and then retest it for free! When we’ve finished our work we’ll give you full documentation, certification and test history to ensure you fully understand what work we’ve done and when your next test should take place, as well as details of any appliances which have failed and cannot easily be repaired and we’ll suggest what steps you should take – a specialist repair, or replacing the appliance. We pride ourselves on our post-test customer service and if you need advice, information or to discuss any aspect of our work, we’re always happy to help. We keep full and comprehensive records of all our work, so should you require extra hard copies or digital versions we’re only a phone call or an email away.
