My background is in post pregnancy trauma support, and have studied and gained qualifications in many areas of holistic and complimentary therapies as I know I would have liked those choices in the past.
You do not need to be ‘ill’ or have a ‘problem’ in order to benefit from holistic or complementary therapies. They can be used as ideal ‘me’ time which is often lost in this modern age, and or keep stress and relaxation in balance.
There are many therapies available including aromatherapy, counseling, holistic pain management, stress management and relaxation therapy. You are treated as an individual and elements will be incorporated to what is needed for you and your situation, past, present and future.
