I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, depending on your needs and wishes, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I am experienced working with : depression low self esteem stress general unhappiness eating problems abuse confusion life changes amongst many others. By seeing ourselves as we truly are, without the judgement we so often attach to our own feelings or thoughts, we can move towards understanding and accepting ourselves. This can enable us to be happier with ourselves, to feel less guilt, less anguish and confusion and be more confident and positive.
