A Powder Coating is a large industrial powder coating and shot blasting business. Since 2005 it has started to grow from an experiment into a large scale and very efficient business. 11 years later and it has become a very large industrial unit with approximately 25,200 cubic feet of space, a large 7 metre wide laser regulated oven for the treatment of powder coated items , 2 large powder spray rooms with the latest overhead railing system and the very best powder spray unit on the market, a large shot blasting room, 2 forklift trucks and a team of very professional and dedicated workers. We cater for everyone and all though we have many business clients with massive projects to complete we always have time for the simpler projects like shot blasting or powder coating a bicycle frame or motorcycle frame. Our completion rate is fast with most projects being completed in a 48 hour time scale. Our work is second to none with all different types of finished coatings, ranging from high gloss to matt to customised and with over 2000 colours to choose from, please ask for more detail or visit our website!

We are a 10 years experienced professional powder coating business that covers anything from wheels, gates, garden furniture and fixtures etc for general public to architectural steel and alloys, bus stop shelters, plant machinery and factory machines for large and small businesses. We offer a broad range of stunning finishes, the gloss has a superb lustre, the sating has a perfect in between matte and gloss lustre and the matte has a true lustreless finish. We can coat in any colour from the RAL colour chart which has well over 2000 colours to choose from. We also offer metallic, chrome, and specialised finishes such as our own black and bronze crackle effect. The powder coating process utilises an electrostatic spray gun which will only work with metal because of the conductive properties. Powder coated items are then placed in an oven and heated up to 200 degrees centigrade where the coating polymerizes and forms a hard and endurable coating. This process can only be used on metal objects as it has to endure high temperatures. We Cover most of Merseyside & Lancashire including; Preston, Leyland, Chorley, Euxton, Tarleton, Rufford, Banks, Southport, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Aughton, Wigan, Formby, St Helens, Litherland, Bootle & Liverpool.
