I am a fully qualified Counsellor trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and I have a degree in Psychology and Counselling. I am a qualified teacher and have taught counselling at level 2 and level 3. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Counselling Darlington provide a confidential professional counselling service. Each session lasts for 50 mins and appointments are mainly on evenings and Saturdays. We offer reduced rates for students seeking personal development hours.
