Lencare is a consultancy service that assists the Health and Social Care sector. We work throughout the Midlands providing consultancy, support and training to care homes and home care services in the area. This can range from help with meeting legal requirements, Star ratings, care planning, business development, staffing issues, training and development and Quality Assurance. Usually we will deliver an initial consultancy where we will discuss with you your requirements and discuss how long this will take and the cost involved. We always visit you throughout your support and offer practical advise and help so that you acheive your goals. Lencare has dedicated itself to the Dignity Challenge and supports Dignity in Care as part of its philosophy. We also work alongside Skills for Care and are part of the Worcstershire and Herefordshire Partnership. Anthony Leonard, its director has 22 years care experience as a carer and a senior manager in both residential and home care. He also has his NVQ 4 management and care qualifictions and management Diploma to level 5 so there is plenty of experience.
