Chris is qualified in business coaching having developed his expertise by training with a mid-size change consultancy. He is accredited as a coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and in facilitation skills with the Institute of Management. He is also a licensed practitioner for a number of psychometric tools including Personality profiles, Team profiling, Emotional intelligence and 360 feedback.
