Riverside House Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated for an overnight stop-over, weekend break or longer visit, being one mile off the A14 road from Huntingdon (5miles) to Cambridge(14 miles.) It is 7 miles from Papworth Hospital, 4 miles from St Ives, 4 miles from Wood Green Animal Centre and 42 miles from Stansted Airport. Set peacefully in two acres of natural gardens with frontage to a tributary of the river Great Ouse, it is an ideal base for walking, fishing and bird watching and a paradise for nature lovers. The spacious, light and comfortable rooms are on the ground floor. One room has a double bed. The other room has twin beds plus a third single. We can add a fourth single bed and/or a cot to provide for a range of ages. Both rooms have en suite shower rooms with hand basin, hairdryer and shaver point and WC. There is private parking, free Wi-Fi, TV with Freeview, radio/alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities Full English breakfast is served in our dining room overlooking the garden. Caroline specialises in dietary requirements. Prices are £60 per night for two people sharing a room and £40 per night for a single person. Prices for extra people in the twin room are negotiable. All prices are fully inclusive of breakfasts. Good food and drink is available at the Axe and Compass less than half a mile away, a historic thatched pub with a dining room separate from the bar.
