Sport Massage Therapy

Christina is a full member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association), CThA (Complementary Therapists Association). Christina is also a very active sportswoman herself currently playing golf and tennis. She also loves walking and cycling (social not competitive!!) having completed the London to Brighton bike ride last year and the 3 peaks in 24 hours 2 years ago. She is very aware of the active person''s desire to maintain fitness. A full consultation will be carried out on your first visit to ascertain the optimum course of treatment. This may involve a thorough assessment to help identify possible causes of your condition. Please note that, in the case of some medical conditions, consent from a GP may be required before treatment can be given. All treatments are carried out with the utmost privacy and integrity. A private Therapy Room is used in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Treatments are principally available for women only and men by referral only.
