Wilmslow Shiatsu

SHIATSU is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing therapy, using hand pressure and manipulative techniques to adjust the body''s physical structure and its natural inner energies to help ward off illness and maintain good health. Shiatsu is a therapy that works on the individual as a complete being; not just the physical body but also on an emotional and intellectual level. Each session lasts approximately one hour, although the first session is slightly longer so that a detailed history can be taken to develop a complete picture of your health.
