Counselling/ Psychotherapy/ Mediation

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor/ Psychotherapist working locally for over 15 years. I run a busy private practice working with individuals and couples and with local companies providing counselling support to staff. I have experience in a wide range of areas which include: Depression & Anxiety Stress Management Relationship Problems Trauma Bereavement, Loss & Change Personal Crisis & Personal Development Harassment & Bullying and other Workplace Issues Disability I place importance on developing the working relationship, which enables us to reach the heart of the issues quickly and sensitively. This then gives you the best opportunity to explore, understand and learn in a safe environment. I am an accredited Workplace and Community Mediator, and a Stress Management Trainer. Counselling fees are £50 per session for individuals, £60 for couples. For other services, fees will be set according to requirement.
