I am a qualified Counsellor practicing in an eclectic way. An Eclectic counsellor will select from a number of different approaches appropriate to the client''s needs. This is based on the theory that there is no proof that any one theoretical approach works better than all others for a specific problem. I counsel individuals about any issue that may be troubling them. I''m also qualified in Relationship Counselling and I counsel both couples, individuals and sometimes families about their relationships. In addition to the above I am a qualifed Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and EFT Practioner. I deal with emotional troubles, relationship problems, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bereavement and much more
