Although we are outside of London, because 95% of our customers are legal and accounting firms in London, we are in your area every day. I do not envy you the task of trying to reconcile different quotes and services offered by other companies in this business. It seems to me that, all too often, companies provide an attractive headline price that appears good until the necessary extras are required. These extras make a huge difference to the cost of the facility over 1 and even more so over say 7 years. Our service, offered since 1989, is nice and simple: Your files are collected Your files are logged in at our site and we give you a CD listing the files Your files are boxed and stored in a dry secure and safe building Your file can be back on your desk, next day service Your files are destroyed for you at the end of 7 years or whenever you prefer There are no hidden extras. You do not need to bar code your files and we will return the actual file you require not the complete box it is filed in. All this is provided at a fully inclusive price of only 7p per file per month. Therefore 1000 files will cost you £840 per year payable at £70 per month. No bar coding or any extra work required on your behalf No cost for using our filing boxes No cost for file return No cost for final destruction. Over 20 years in this business I know of no other company that can match our proposal. This is because we are a family firm, with our own site, and low overheads specialising in providing a quality service to the legal profession in London.
