I am a self help practioner, that offers some therapies, Reiki, Crystal therapy, one to one consultations for what might best help you including selp help regimes,I do believe that we ourselves must help ourselves for any kind of therapy to really help. So I offer very much self help exercises. I also teach Crystal Therapy as well as Heal your life / Life Healing courses based on the work of Louise L Hay and many others. I live in pembrokeshire and I help and teach in this county and neighbouring counties. I happy to travel much further a field for groups that would like a training course.
