Hello. I am Lucy. A 31 year old fitness fanatic who is lucky enough to call my job my hobby. I have been in the fitness Industry for many years and know how to motivate and inspire people. If you are stuck in a rut, need some advice or a gentle nudge in the right direction.... I am your Lady! My clients range from Mothers, PA''s, Wives wanting to get back in to shape and the elderly. I cater for everyone whether you would like 1 session a week or 5! I offer a 1:1 personal training session that is tailored to YOUR needs. I also offer a deep tissue/sports massage service that is mobile. Both PT and Massage are £40 per hour and I can travel between Gweek TR12 and Truro TR4. I offer bespoke nutritional plans and I can accompany you on your own food shopping trip to advise you what not to eat and buy! There is also the option of having a 1:1 email personal training session if time or finances are tight. What ever you need, I can help.
