FelinFach Handmade Textiles

FelinFach Handmade Textiles is an independent Welsh company based at a 200 year old former mill in the rural, mountainous and Welsh speaking Preseli area of Pembrokeshire, Wales in the UK. FelinFach means "the little mill" in Welsh and we design and make handmade, throws, blankets, cushions, bedding and other soft furnishings. We use wherever possible, Welsh woollen fabrics traditionally woven in local wool mills using looms and skills of yesteryear. We do also use wool from quality rare-breed sheep throughout the UK, traditionally made linen from Ireland and fabrics such as Elanbach and Liberty of London. We support the Campaign for Wool in the UK. Nnothing is mass prodeuced at Felinfach. our products are created in limited numbers with personal care and attention. No two products will ever be exactly the same even if they have the same design, because they are handmade! But we see that as part of the beauty of an individually handmade product. On a personal note, I have been knitting, sewing and quilting for longer than I care to remember! But the opportunity has now arrived where I can spend more time on my favourite pastime making handmade quilts, throws, blankets, cushions and other soft furnishings.
