Diamond Home Care Ltd is an established community care service, which is family owned and run. Diamond Home Care was established in 2007 in the Halesowen area, for the local community to ensure that local people receive the highest quality of care that they deserve. We have a very dedicated team of care and support workers as well as experienced office personnel who are available on the telephone 24/7 to help deal with any situation and answer queries. All staff at Diamond Home Care are thoroughly vetted via POVA (Protection of vulnerable adults) and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks as well as undergoing in depth interviews and a full induction programme to ensure that only the best people are chosen to carry the Diamond quality standard. Diamond Home Care understands that each person has specific individual needs and this is supported by a staff team with a range of experience and skills and from a variety of cultural backgrounds, to ensure that the community is fully represented. Since establishment, Diamond Home Care has built a reputation for excellent quality of services and an attitude of genuine care and compassion for vulnerable adults within our community, delivered with great professionalism and respect.
