At Nice-n-White we are a property maintenance team servicing the Nottinghamshire area,with about 70 years collective experience in the building trade,our team consistes of a industrial site services engineer ,joiner(multi skilled) and a very old but amazingly good ground worker.

Starting from the top we cover roofing maintenance,re bedding ridge tiles,replacing broken tiles and pointing,all types of gutter replacement and gutter maintenance ,including uPVC ,fascia and conservatory cleaning.

We also clean and weatherproof stone fronts and brickwork.

Ground works , from laying new patio and driveway to maybe re laying an existing patio or just making sure all slabs are movement free and cleaning and re pointing an old patio,having drainage problems we can add additional drainage linked to existing drains if not possible creating a french drain(soak away).

All types of exterior cleaning and impossible access cleaning undertaken. We also undertake painting and decorating, exterior painting and industrial contract painting work,I've been the key painter and decorator for a multi million pound bakery in Nottingham for many years now.

Joinery ,our joiner when avaliable,anything to do with wood,bespoke joinery,kitchens ,bathrooms tiling is all possible if there's no immediate rush due to limited availability.
