Our food concepts reflect current trends in this burgeoning sector. We have a smart jet black catering trailer, our produce is locally sourced and our staff are highly trained, charming ambassadors of our business. Our menus offer the best produce sourced from local farms, butchers, bakers and cheese-makers and is cooked and assembled with love and care. This makes us ideal trade partners for large scale events, corporate, cultural & rural; wedding suppers, more intimate events and private parties. The Brands HOLY COW – amazing burgers, our infamous steak sandwich, salt & roast beef; CANTINA ESPANOLA – chorizo rolls, patas bravas, paella, empanadas; PULLED – barbecue pulled beef and pork; STICKS – authentic shish, kofta & falafel kebabs.
