Tredders Quality Footwear is an independent footwear retailer specialising in leading brands in town and country footwear. Our lovely rural shop and offices are based on the Castle Ashby estate, Northamptonshire, the home of English footwear. Established in 1979, Tredders is run by local businessman David Appleton who has strong roots in the area. We offer a great range of shoes and boots online and you are also more than welcome to visit our showroom in Castle Ashby. Tredders believes in footwear with style, durability and comfort, and all our shoes, boots and wellingtons are carefully handpicked with these fundamental attributes in mind. Tredders sources the finest footwear from manufacturers with long traditions of shoe and boot making, like Alfred Sargent and Regent, as well as modern day manufacturers with their innovative designs, like Muck Boots and Anatomic Gel. Each year we also commission a collection of our own shoes and boots designed to our own specifications, with the bespoke ''Mr Tredder'' branding on each shoe/boot.
