Paula provides the following physiotherapy services: - Home visits for those who may be housebound, who have lost confidence, perhaps as a result of a fall or hospital admission, or who wish to become more independent. A comprehensive assessment will be completed and a treatment plan and goals agreed.

- Physiotherapy-Led/Clinical Pilates - These classes or 1:1 sessions are carried out in venues around the Exeter/South Devon area. Clinical pilates is targeted towards individuals who may have had, or are recovering from injury, or who have pre-existing medical conditions, are postnatal, or prefer to exercise in a small group, where exercises can be appropriately modified or progressed.

- PDFit Parkinson's Disease Exercise Classes - These are for people with early to moderate stages and based upon the principles of the PD Warrior programme.
