We have a good understanding of our clients' needs, are aware of the challenges they and their families face in sourcing high quality care, and are committed to making a difference to their lives. Fully trained Carers We train our carers in communication skills, accomplishing complex tasks and person-centred care. Automated Platform We've built a platform to make our service delivery transparent and responsive. A care plan will be prepared by working closely with service users and their families and they will be able to monitor its delivery task-by-task on line, make suggestions and read reports. Communication with our Carers Family members will be able to send messages, reminders and remarks to carers. For example, "this is the shopping list for tomorrow". Fully vetted Carers We have a cloud-based recruitment process ensuring that jobs are not offered unless all critical checks are completed satisfactorily. For example, obtaining references or satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups. Well-paid Staff We believe that our carers are champions. Therefore, we pay above the market average, offer a contributory pension scheme, pay travel expenses and provide free work uniforms. Fully supported Staff Apart from offering regular supervision and training, carers have access to online and over the phone support to ensure they can carry out their responsibilities with confidence. Additionally, we run a regular learning club where complex issues, case studies and challenges are presented and discussed. These clubs are attended by representative service users. Rating our Carers Service users will get an opportunity to rate our carers after every visit, rather than once in a while, to ensure we provide a satisfactory service.
