Based in Cardiff but covering most of South Wales, Martin is a highly qualified Personal Trainer. He is qualified to REPS Advanced Level 3 and includes fitness instructing, sports injury rehabilitation, nutrition and sports and body massage. Martin is flexible and able to meet clients at their preferred location whether that be their local gym or home. He is also a qualified BACR Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Instructor working closely with local hospitals to exercise their Phase IV cardiac patients in both a circuit and gym based exercise setting. Martin is qualified in First Aid for appointed persons in the workplace and also in emergency life support under the British Heart Foundations Heartstart Scheme. Martin is also q Qualified Walking the Way to Health walk leader and regularly takes health walks in both urban and rural areas. Martin is fully insured and a current member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
