Craniosacral Therapy. I am fully insured and registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association and abide by their code of ethics. Craniosacral Therapy is a very beautiful, subtle and powerful mode of treatment that aims to enhance energy levels, introduce stillness and help rebalance the system. Through light touch the therapist "listens" to the movement of energy and fluids in the body and helps to ease restrictions brought about through injury, disease or emotional distress. It can help with a wide range of issues including back pain, migraine, breathing difficulties, fibromyalgia, ME, arthritis, depression, trauma & emotional difficulties. It is like counselling for the body. My personal development continues with commitment to ongoing training, supervision, gestalt therapy, yoga, meditation and qi gong.
