As you pass through the huge oak gates and walk along the oldest suriving cobblestones in Stratford going back to Shakespeare, your journey back in time has already begun. The Falstaff's Museum & Gift Shop is a waxworks museum, recreating the past in this delightful tudor building. There are nightly lantern-lit ghost tours of the building, ghost hunts at the weekend as well as the new Elizabeth Theatre in the Courtyard of this 16th century former tavern, frequented by Shakespeare himself.
