A classic Hatha class, the first of it''s kind in the Bushey, Watford and surrounding area. The class is suitable for all and is particularly beginners and those who have injuries. Iyengar is a posture based method with an emphasis on alignment and correct posture within the postures. Friendly local class, numbers are small to ensure you get personal attention and feedback.
