My philosophy is that we are all unique and perfect spiritual beings having human experiences. My focus of work is to achieve greater awareness which for me is remembering. Not what happened years ago, but who we truly are. I have been a practicing gestalt counsellor in Fareham and South Hampshire for the past eight years (near fareham College). I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I am experienced in helping clients with: Domestic violence Relationships Panic Attacks Bereavement Depression Addictions Anxiety Trauma Suicide Stress Anger At various times in our lives we all have unhappy periods or feel unable to control our emotions and this can lead to confusion and overwhelming feelings. This is when counselling can help.
