Nordic Balance was founded on the basic premise that everyone wants and deserves great service. Instead of paying lip service to this, weve made it the sole focus of our company. That means that youll get great training, from a friendly and personable trainer, at a time thats convenient to you, at a price that represents good value. We currently offer our services in central London, but are always open to move further afield for the right client. We encourage balance in everything we do- from our personal training, to nutritional advice, massage, yoga, sports conditioning and pilates. It all comes together to form a holistic approach to training, focussed not only on your body, but also on your eating, your state of mind and general wellbeing.
