At the initial consultation we will undertake a full medical history and examination so we can evaluate any areas of strain or tension. Musculoskeletal injuries/problems can be identified, treated and explained usually alongside a rehabilitative programme specific to you. The assessment will be considered alongside lifestyle factors and realistic advice given. Appointments are usually between 30-45 minutes. At The Osteo Space a mixture of soft tissue manipulation, ultra sound, supportive strapping for certain injuries, muscle energy techniques, dry needling and pain management control such as electro-acupuncture are used with great success. We also provide our patients exercises specific to their condition(s).
