Adnin CIC is a unique and innovative approach to preventing deteriorating mental and physical health problems in the area of East London (TWH). At Adnin we hope to shine focus on every individual’s ability to recover from past experiences and trauma by influencing them with better options for their future, making problems aware, resources available and creating a social change. With our help and that of the many services working in our partnership, we hope to improve and empower women by creating, developing and offering step-by-step programme strategies for ethnic women from the community to take part in. Such activities will be specific to their needs and will incorporate natural healing with elements of reassurance, education, health, management, counselling, therapy and creativity; all within a natural eco-friendly environment. The main purpose of this organisation is to serve the female disadvantaged minorities within the East London area, by using the alternative approach of Holistic & Cognitive Therapy; Hydro Therapy, Mediation and Group Therapy all within a natural botanical environment. We opt for this natural approach as it has been proven to refresh, re-build & empower thousands of people all across the world, that have been suffering from depression, anxiety and other health problems for a long period of time. We as an organisation hope that our hard work within the company will encourage residents from the area to come together to help keep up a harmonious safe haven like environment, and take part in what we offer because the whole programme will be catered solely for their needs. This organisation is designed to provide support to the community in ways support hasn’t been provided before. The established programmes concentrated with a cognitive approach; I hope will possibly change the outlook and perception people have been suffering with for a very long time. States of mind- physical and mental empowerment and motivation is what Adnin offers to women, and it’s important that you stand by us, helping, creating and implementing change in the lives and times of women who are capable of so much more than they have resources for. Adnin will step in as personal progress, and ease the community in to a better standard for them and their families. We have no boundaries, with all your help we can create one of the best services for women, frontier in the line of community service, and bring out programmes that are easily adaptable, accessible and enjoyable for the whole of the community.
