I am a hypnotherapist with over thirteen years experience. I am based in clinics in Ludlow and Whitchurch, Shropshire. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and have also been awarded a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I offer help with smoking cessation, weight control, sports motivation, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fears and phobias i.e. fear of flying,nail biting, anger management, confidence and low self esteem, childhood traumas, exams, public speaking, presentations, past life regression, IBS, help with the healing process and pain management.
