I have worked successfully helping people manage depression and anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, living with and after domestic abuse, bereavement and loss. I am a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Association of Independent Practitioners and Counselling Children and Young People, and am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, trained in Person Centred Therapy, Brief Solution Therapy and Freedom Program Facilitator. My Counselling Office is based in Sutton in Surrey within easy reach of Sutton Train Station and local buses. On street parking is available.
