Anja Trenkle

I am an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With almost ten years of clinical experience I have worked with the majority of problems people can experience in life. My experience includes working with the homeless, clients with substance use dependencies and complex mental health problems. Many of my private clients today come from high pressured positions in the City, the Media and Social Care.

I specialise in depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship problems, and identity conflicts, as well as a broad range of psychological difficulties, including lack of confidence, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement.
