I have been working with clients for many years from diverse backgrounds and with varied challenges, I have a compassionate and non-judgemental approach and believe in building an open and honest relationship where together we can find positive solutions, bring about positive change and enhance your well being.'' Some of the areas that I work in but not exclusively - addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, anger management, bereavement, low self esteem, lack of meaning and purpose in life, abuse, phobias, insomnia, past life regression.
